Vielen Dank! Der Teig war schön knusprig, der Belag saftig. Es geht auch mit Grieben in der Blutwurst… 😉 Ich hatte nicht genug Schmand da und habe mit Kräuterfrischkäse gemogelt. Neben der Blutwurst lungerte noch ein bisschen roher Schinken, der war mit „dran“. SEHR lecker! Ihr habt einen neuen Fan! 🙂
